Raw Fish with KumaraPrint this recipe
A delicious starter, light meal or main for seafood lovers.

400g fish cut into bite size chunks
100mls lime juice and zest
1 tsp chili paste
1/2 tsp sugar
700g kumara peeled, boiled and cooled
1/2 red onion sliced
1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 tbsp coriander, roughly chopped
salt and pepper
Mix fish, lime juice and zest, and sugar.
Leave to marinate for 1 hour. Add other ingredients, season well.
