350 g peeled and grated kumara
1 tsp coriander
1 tsp cumin
1/2 cup toasted walnuts - chopped
1/3 cup self raising flour
1 egg
50 g feta cheese - optional


Preparation Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a bowl to create batter.

Cooking Instructions

Fry over a moderate heat in frying pan or on BBQ.

Serving Instructions

Serve with your favourite dipping sauces.
