550g kumara cooked with salt
25 g butter
1/2 cup coconut cream

To spice up for a bit of variety add either:
1 to 2 tbsp Thai sweet chilli sauce - OR - Chinese 5 spices - OR - Moroccan spices - OR -Fresh Ginger - OR - Dukkah Mix


Preparation Instructions

Peel kumara.

Cooking Instructions

Cook kumara and then mash with butter, coconut cream and spice of your choice.

Serving Instructions

Serve with main course.
