1 medium kumara, peeled and grated1 cup dates, chopped
1 cup pitted prunes, chopped
4 stalks rhubarb, diced
1 cup orange juice
2 heaped tbsp honey
grated rind 1 lemon
1 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp fresh ginger, grated
1/2 cup chopped walnuts or sunflower seeds
2 cups wholemeal flour
