175g boneless white fish fillet, skinned
1 tsp fresh oregano, chopped or 1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
6 1/4 cups fish stock (alternatively use chicken or vegetable stock)
fresh chopped parsley or tarragon to garnish
