Ingredients
1 cup fresh or tinned smoked fishWHITE CHEESE SAUCE
2 cups milk
3 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 onion
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups cooked mashed kumara (smooth enough to use through a piping bag)
12 + bread cases or pastry cases for muffin tins
