A lovely creamy bake that will appeal to the whole family.

1 cooked chicken, (meat only) broken into big pieces
1 large kumara, cut into 2cm cubes and parboiled
1 can Chicken Soup
1 tsp Dijon mustard
half cup mayonnaise
1 tsp garlic
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
salt and pepper


Preparation Instructions

Combine soup, mustard, mayo, garlic and seasoning. Add chicken and kumara and mix gently to coat. Place in baking dish and coat with bread crumbs.

Cooking Instructions

Bake for 35-40 minutes in 180 degree Celsius oven.

Serving Instructions

Serve with a selection of steamed green vegetables.
